Founder & CEO
Rosario is the founder and CEO of OTCXN and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to OTCXN, he was the founder and CEO of FXone Seabury, a leading institutional FX trading technology platform and ECN operator that was acquired by a NYC based global investment bank. The company provided a full front-to-back vertically integrated stack of high performance trading system modules for institutional FX trading used by Tier-1 global investment banks, brokerages and hedge funds to service internal and external trading. Prior to this he was founder and CTO of Alphacet, an institutional, multi-asset algorithmic trading strategy platform provider used by Tier-1 global hedge funds, banks and energy companies to build, test and deploy in real-time, arbitrarily complex algorithmic trading strategies by drawing from a library of thousands of mathematical, statistical, machine learning and other functions and algorithms using a patented drag-and-drop interface. Rosario has received numerous awards and accolades for his institutional electronic trading platform product design and has authored numerous articles related to FX trading and technology for major industry publications.
Drew is the CTO of OTCXN and is responsible for the architecture and implementation of the company’s proprietary, ground-up Blockchain fabric and P2P trading network. Previously Drew was Director of Software Development at PeerNova, a Silicon Valley Blockchain firm, where he led the development of proprietary Blockchain implementations for major Tier-1 institutions such as NASDAQ, State Street and Overstock.com, whose T0 platform is currently the first and only non-cryptocurrency based trading platform in production in the world based on Blockchain technology. His experience and expertise spans writing ground-up implementations of private permissioned Blockchains in C, C++, and Java, for mission critical use cases requiring high-performance and enterprise scale and supporting specialized requirements related to asset issuance, tokenization, settlement, provenance, and data privacy. He is a graduate of National University (BS) and enrolled in Stanford University’s Advanced Computer Security Program.
Joe is a seasoned investment banker and strategic advisor with $20+ Bil of transaction experience in capital formation, M&A, and corporate finance across public and private markets. He is currently Senior Managing Director at Enverra Capital, an independent merchant bank led by former General Wesley K. Clark. Enverra combines cross-border investment banking, strategy/policy advisory, and asset management services in support of their global clients with a focus on technology-enabled companies in the energy and resources sectors. Joe was also the founder and Managing Partner for 9 years at RedBridge Group, a boutique firm specializing in cross-border equity private placements and M&A/corporate finance advisory, focused on assisting clients in accessing capital, markets, and strategic partners in the emerging regions of Asia and the Middle East. He also served as Managing Director & Global Head--Semiconductor Industry for the Technology Banking Group at ABN Amro, and as Head--U.S. Technology Banking at Industrial Bank of Japan and its technology VC fund-of-funds, IBJ Strategic Investments. Joe holds a BA Economics & Mathematics from The George Washington University and an Executive MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Jan is a leading executive and advisor with specialized expertise in Global Financial Markets, FX trading and Prime Brokerage. Jan previously was part of the Executive Management Committee and Global Head of Institutional Business, at Saxo Bank, where he was responsible for establishing the bank’s own Prime Brokerage offering among other accomplishments. Before that he served as a Managing Director, Global Markets Executive, at Citigroup for 17 years where he amongst other responsibilities provided FX products and services to leading institutions. He is currently founder and CEO of Fairmile Partners, a boutique firm that connects investors with financial and technology companies looking to raise capital. Jan was a Partner at Apex Asset Management AG, providing independent, multi-asset investment management solutions to family offices. He is a graduate of the Copenhagen Business School, the INSEAD Executive Program and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program.
